From start to finish, they have excellent, experienced staff to communicate with. Lauren in customer service was great to work with. She was very responsive and patient. Arielle in quality assurance was kind and thorough in explaining what to expect and how to prepare for the move. I would use them again and will surely recommend Perrenial to family and friends

Read More This place is the worst. Got a quote, when the company picked up my things, the price doubled. My furniture had to be stored until my apartment was ready. I gave them a date when they could deliver it, I finally received it 6 weeks later. Mu h of my furniture was damaged or broken. My bed was so broken it was unusable. I put in a claim but was told they never received it so I resent it. It has been over a year and still nothing. These people that advantage.. I am a woman over 70. PLEASE do not use these people.

Read More It was a great experience , very professinal place and I moved 2 bedroom Condo for over than 780 miles It took them only 5 days to finish the whole move Every thing was loaded and unloaded pretty well In the begining , I had all the fears avout moving companies since it is my first big move in my life and was stuck in reading Comments and reviews about most well know moving companies but really itvwas much easier and simpler than expected Only the customer need to be realistic about the size and number of stuff plus if you want to save money and pack some stuff your self , you have to do it right or yes it will get damaged because they will assume you did pack it and wrap it the right way so either do your job right or let them handel every thing but be ready to pay more
