Read More We moved for Phoenix to Tennessee we thought since it was a trusted moving company we would use them They were the most expensive. Let's just say it was the worst experience ever. They damaged all of our brand new furniture and our washer and dryer that weren't even 1 year old. We had over 4500 in damaged items. They sent someone out to check our stuff and then sent a check for $1500 which doesn't even cover the damaged items. We even had the extra insurance that covers 30,000. We had to spend extra time in the hotel due to their brakes that supposedly went out. Please don't use them for moving they are the worst company ever.

From the initial consultation to the final delivery of my belongings, every member of their team was professional, courteous, and efficient. The moving process can be stressful, but Mayflower made it easy and hassle-free. They took great care in packing and transporting my belongings, ensuring that everything arrived at my new home in perfect condition. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and their commitment to customer service. Read More When it came to packing up the truck the guys were phenomenal. However, when we bought our home, we called up mayflower a month in advance to schedule the delivery of our items. When the day came, December 20 2021, only half of our items arrived. We still have yet to get the rest of our stuff. It’s been almost a month since delivery and we have reached out every day just to get the same response. We feel as though we are getting the run around. They can’t seem to find our items and we were told this is the first time this has happened. A lot of the items missing are family heirlooms that cannot be replaced. This is honestly the most ridiculous thing ever. Please, if you value your things, use a different company.

RUN! AWFUL! I used Mayflower last fall to move from Southern Pines NC to upstate NY. It ended up being a nightmare. Once I examined my property as it was unloaded, I foun ... Read More RUN! AWFUL! I used Mayflower last fall to move from Southern Pines NC to upstate NY. It ended up being a nightmare. Once I examined my property as it was unloaded, I found that the inventory list was both unreadable and inaccurate (redundant stickers, items missing); furnishings were not wrapped or packed into the truck(s) carefully (the shipment actually was moved twice to different trucks to accommodate delivery); many items were damaged; three big boxes were just plain missing. Any attempt to get satisfaction, eg., payment for damage, extra search for boxes, was simply impossible. Now as I unpack the last of the boxes, I find even more things missing or broken. FIND ANOTHER MOVER. DON'T USE MAYFLOWER. HORRIBLE PACKING, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Moving is upsetting enough. You don't need nasty incompetents to add to it.

Read More I contracted with Mayflower to move my household from north Iowa to central Alabama. They had a crew pack roughly half my items including high value item. 99% arrived undamaged. But a set of bed rails for my antique brass bed did not get on the trailer at the origin and a 6' tall hand carved wood bear and a live edge oak bench apparently jumped off the trailer in Nashville when they were mid load of my belongings. How does that happen? I am not happy and people who say they will call back with answers never do. This squeaky wheel will keep squeaking until I get my things. I gave Mayflower nearly $16,500. There will be a sizeable claim if I do not get my irreplaceable items.

Read More We contracted with Mayflower/Sullivan to move my parents from Arizona to Connecticut. The entire experience was excellent from the initial estimate visit to the packing, car transport, truck loading and unloading. Everyone we dealt with was professional and respectful of our property. Everything happened on the schedule we were given. Rich was great to work with. Linda did an excellent job coordinating the schedule and Bill and his team did a great job with the truck loading, moving and unloading. I recommend them without reservation.
