This was our first out of state move so they were wonderful in walking us through the process and making everything go very smooth. We highly recommend their entire team to help you with any of your needs as well.

Read More We recently moved from the Chicago area to South Carolina. I can’t say enough about the team at Bekins Boyer-Rosene. Jim Mazzuca, Anna, and the moving teams on both ends did a fantastic job. They were informative and responsive to our questions, careful with our belongings, efficient and professional with packing and unpacking, and timely with loading and delivery. We had zero damage to any of our belongings, our home in IL, or to our new home in SC. I would highly recommend Bekins Boyer-Rosene.

Read More The service I received from Bekins Moving Solutions (Tampa, FL) has been nothing short of amazing! I had hired a mover who bailed out on me on moving day (Wednesday)!! The stress of this situation was so overwhelming, and I had to have all of my belongings out of my apartment within the next two days (by Friday). I called Bekins, and not only were they able to accommodate my tight schedule at a moment's notice, they also sent their associate Nick to do an assessment and quote the very next morning. Nick offered me a reasonable and fair quote and was thorough in his assessment. He coordinated the entire process and was there to ensure that everything went smoothly each step of the way. He set up the move for early Friday morning. Santiago, Carmelo, and John arrived right on time, and they were absolutely incredible--friendly and professional and understanding of my situation. Santiago and his team were so quick and efficient but also very careful with all of my furniture and boxes. They moved everything from my second-floor, two-bedroom apartment (no elevator) in about 2.5 hours. Bekins truly saved me! Thank you for your great service! If I ever move again, I will definitely use Bekin again.

Read More The people packing and moving were great! Hard workers for sure! We waited a long time after delivery time for the truck to arrive to unload. We ended up with a pretty large vase that was badly broken and the glass in a picture frame. That was disappointing but otherwise everything was fine.

We did a large inter-state move, and the Bekins team made it as simple as possible for us.

Read More Easily The Worst Movers Of The Big 5 Usually I start a review by identifying the positives. None visible here. The home office is not only unhelpful, but after multiple delays (causing us to reschedule local movers FIVE TIMES!) they present an attitude of “we have your money, you have no recourse”. Nice, right? The truck driver lied to us several times. He and the corporate office told us conflicting stories about the reasons for the delays, and arrival time windows. Then, on the final day they were to deliver…two hours late with no apology. THEN…the truck driver hired a local moving company that had the worst attitude, banged furniture into walls constantly, complained about how hard the move was (1600 square foot apartment), and kept running off to the “bathroom”, disappearing for lengthy periods. We’ve used United, Mayflower, Allied and others (all have pluses and minuses), but Bekins is, by far, the worst!
