Read More I recently hired this moving company to help with our relocation, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. We needed a company that could handle everything, from providing the packing materials to actually packing up our belongings. Specifically, I wanted a full packing service so that my mother, who is not in the best health, wouldn't have to lift a finger. This company offered what they called the "platinum pack," which included everything we needed – boxes, shrink wrap, bubble wrap, and more. The price they quoted us for this service was very reasonable, especially considering all that was included. Having the movers show up and take care of everything made a huge difference for my mother and me. It relieved so much stress and chaos from what could have been an overwhelming situation. Knowing that my mother didn't have to do anything but answer the door meant the world to me. I highly recommend this moving company, especially if you're looking for a full packing service. They made our move much smoother and less stressful, and I am incredibly grateful for their help.

They refuse to refund my money and will no longer communicate with me. This is a terrible way to do business.

Read More I chose United American Moving and Storage based on a coworker's recommendation, and I'm glad I did. The move went smoothly, just as I had been told. The only extra charge was for a television box, but that was my own fault for not getting one as advised. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to others.

Read More United American Moving and Storage faced the challenge of navigating a rocky, slippery hill during the move. While other companies demanded $2500 for a shuttle fee, they charged only $750, which covered the rental of a smaller truck and the labor required to shuttle items from the larger truck to the smaller one, enabling them to reach my residence uphill.

Read More Wish this company provided more transparency. This is a broker who bids the move out to another company. Once you make the initial payment they then pass off to another company and they do not explain this up front. I was not informed who the company was who picked up my items or given any information to contact them once they picked up my items. There was confusion about the cost at every step of this process and fees were added on at pickup and at dropoff. I was so exhausted with the whole process I just paid the extra $150 that was charged at dropoff and I was not provided with a receipt of anything. The movers who dropped off my shipment were not transparent and somewhat unprofessional. Only two movers showed up and one was dressed in a Wendys uniform. They made me very uncomfortable and asked me very personal information and made my move-in very stressful since now these people have my address and know where I live. I would NOT recommend working with this company or any company they contract with. I think the contracted company was MOVE Happy but I have no idea since there were several different company names I came across. Very disappointed and unhappy and feel unsafe after having this company handle my move.

Despite our house deal falling through, they didn't charge a rescheduling fee and accommodated us with a floating reservation. The staff was reassuring, addressing our concerns about the proximity of the move date. Overall, a reliable and understanding moving company.

Read More After my dad passed away, it was a lot of furniture to move alone with one pickup so, I hired bronze star Movers to make the process go quicker. The guys that helped went above and beyond to take care of his things with the utmost respect! Both of them were so polite. They were quick and on time and even organized my storage unit for me to make sure things fit property without any damage. Everyone there is so sweet and I appreciate their help more than they know! Totally worth the money, I highly recommend them!
