Read More Was told at booking as well as pickup that my goods would be delivered in 10 business days at the most. Was then told on day 7 that it would be 7-14 days. It is now the 14th business day and I’ve been across the country in a totally different climate without any of our house hold goods or personal items. The long distance dispatcher does not care about quality service only cares about his own work load to check off his boxes. This was a horrible traumatic experience. I would not recommend long distance services.

Read More My wife and I have moved 15 times. 12 of those we used a moving company some small local companies and some national companies. I have to say this has been our best experience to date totally professional from start to pick up. Kristen came to our house to talk to us about the company and to do an estimate she was very professional, very thorough and we felt very comfortable doing business with her. When we chose your bid and relay that to the company, the attention to detail was beyond par. The follow-through for documents signing online explaining what each document meant was was very reassuring and very well done. The pickup this morning by I believe it was Victor and his crew was just terrific The packing was excellent we didn't worry about anything getting broken they were in and out of our house in 3 and 1/2 hours all in all it was maybe the best pickup we've ever had. So so far I'd give this six stars and an excellent rating, we will recommend moves for less to our friends and neighbors and should we move again you know who we're going to call first. Read More Better than amazing crew! Came and took care of my tvs, furniture- treated all my white furniture with perfect care! Even helped box up a couple of random stuff I had left over. Incredibly fast BUT still handled all items with care. You could definitely tell they were very seasoned and professional with what they were doing. Very friendly and polite as well. 10/10 - could not have done better! As a single mom I super appreciate all the help and care they took to help me get everything moved.

Sorted our boxes as to which room which made it really easy to unpack. I highly recommend them.

I used this company prior and had terrific expedient services. This time the workers took multiple breaks had to be reminded that if an object was awkward to ask the other worker for help don’t bounce it down the stairs. To top matters off they bent the deadbolt at my new by letting the door slam instead of using a wedge to hold the door open at my new place and a locksmith had to be called to lock the door. Horrible experience do not use…totally unprepared.
