Read More This is the 2nd time I have used this service and in New York I got 2 wonderful helpers who loaded a 24ft truck. we made it to Florida and on a Sunday I had 2 wonderful workers, I then moved a year later after I purchased a home and moved 2 blocks away and I had 2 amazing gentleman load and unload 2 times. I would recommend this over any moving company.

Asked questions throughout the loading process. Master packers! Hire-A-Helper confirmed my appointment and sent reminders. I would not hesitate to recommend them. In fact, I've already arranged for unloading at my new home.

When you schedule the helpers, they want the customer to give an estimated time of how long the helpers will take loading your items. Then if customer predicted it will t ... Read More When you schedule the helpers, they want the customer to give an estimated time of how long the helpers will take loading your items. Then if customer predicted it will take 6-8 hours and the helpers are done in 4-5 you get nothing back, no refunds, no wiggle room, you pay your original time. This is a scam and the worst customer service experience you will ever find. They are extorting people for money. Please stop using them so they go out of business!
