The moving team were Vasil, Eliot, and Carlos, who were simply amazing! They were friendly, respectful, and focused on the job. The move was completed as per the quoted hours and price. All of my items were accounted for after the move. The company embodies professionalism and most importantly respect for your time and money. Well done!

Flexible, fast, and friendly! I needed help unloading a truck in DC on short notice. They were helpful and transparent with scheduling and pricing. Helix is very reasonably priced, especially for DC. The movers were able to be flexible they day of the move as my truck arrival time changed. They were very fast and professional unloading, and respectful of my things and my space. I will absolutely use them for my next move!

Read More I had some very fragile items clearly marked and labeled and I could see when the truck arrived at my destination that some of the boxes marked fragile were literally crushed under the weight of other, heavier boxes. Many of my items were damaged and thrown around like they were nothing. These are not replaceable items. I expect waaaayyyy more than that for the insane amount of money I was charged. The guys who picked up my things complained non-stop about how heavy my boxes were. I'm a 5'1", <100lb, woman and I'm the one who packed and stacked the boxes and if I could do it without complaining, I feel like professionals should be able to do the same.

Read More They were very responsive BEFORE hiring them and the packers were very professional. The trouble came when they put my things in storage because they were waiting for a load going in the same direction. I was told that my household goods would arrive between 3-10 days. When I finally had my things delivered (25 days later), boxes were missing and items were broken. As someone who has had multiple military moves, this service did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend this company unless you don’t have items you care about and take out additional insurance to fully cover the items they break.
