Read More I chose this company because they had good reviews and reasonable prices, but I was not very impressed. They were late, rude, and careless. They damaged some of my furniture, lost some of my jewelry, and stole some of my money. They denied any wrongdoing and refused to take any responsibility. They were the worst movers I ever hired.

They fixed the problem in less than 24 hours after I told them about it. After I called, it took about three hours for my goods to arrive. They helped me with it, and I'm really grateful.

Do not use this company. They are dishonest. They showed up 4 hrs. late with my furniture and proceeded to leave thousands of pounds of furniture in my garage still wr ... Read More Do not use this company. They are dishonest. They showed up 4 hrs. late with my furniture and proceeded to leave thousands of pounds of furniture in my garage still wrapped in cellophane. I called the company numerous times, and each time they told me that they would have to talk to the men who delivered the furniture to find out why they left so much stuff in the garage. They promised to call me back each time. They never called back and never did anything to resolve the issue. They were also incredibly rude on the phone. The final dishonest part is that the company advertised themselves as a family owned local business in Ohio, but actually were a company based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Nothing about this company is honest or forthright. Stay away if you want to get what you pay for.
