I was qouted a price based on the items I wanted moved from one state to another. I was given what I thought was a fair price and was assured by the sales representativ ... Read More I was qouted a price based on the items I wanted moved from one state to another. I was given what I thought was a fair price and was assured by the sales representative that they are a hands on company that use their own trucks. That is a lie he also told me I would be able to make my own pick up and delivery dates another falsehood. They sub contracted my move to another company whom made there own pick up date, when I met up with there movers at the pick up site they started loading my items on their truck but told me they were given a BOL for only 12 items and that if I wanted to have them take what I did have they would have to charge nearly twice as much as I was qouted. My qoute had 47 items on it.After haggling I had them take the big items I could not personally handle. And was still charged more than I was qouted, they said I would get a call in 2 days when I would get my stuff delivered the following week. Never happened, now I have an email from them telling me they have 30 days to deliver it by according to Federal regulations. They keep assuring me they are the utmost professionals with military backgrounds and are doing their best. To me they are nothing but rip off con artists. I would have moved this myself if I had known any of this was going to happen. Buyer beware!
