I used the "best" company they recommended. What a silly oversight! He arrived two hours late, was disrespectful, and damaged my furniture. They disputed my account of the events and advised me to take them to small claims court. Disgusting. You are entirely to blame.

Read More Super frustrating experience! The day after I moved, as I was unpacking, I noticed that my TV wasn't working. When I eventually did move, it was after dark. I snapped a quick photo of the damage and used the firm's website to track down the responsible mover so we could get it fixed right away. The mover claims it wasn't broken during transit, but it's obvious from the picture that it moved around since it wasn't secured, eventually running into something and breaking. My payment for this has already been set up. Damaged beyond repair is the one and only valuable item. Disgustingly, they make no effort to accept blame for their behaviour.

Don't waste your time with this firm. They informed you that a mover had been planned for you weeks in advance, but on moving day they tried to get you one anyhow. At the ... Read More Don't waste your time with this firm. They informed you that a mover had been planned for you weeks in advance, but on moving day they tried to get you one anyhow. At the time of initial reservation, they could be more reliable and secretive. My "confirmed mover" was cancelled two minutes before his arrival time on the day of my move, forcing me to scurry and spend hundreds of pounds on a replacement company at the last minute. There was no method to get in touch with anyone via phone, and the assistance was terrible. They have yet to make a payment to me. I wish I hadn't called it before seeing all the negative reviews on the internet. This is how they treat everyone.

They did a terrible job packing. There were three men hired to do the job. One man did absolutely nothing. The men made me feel uncomfortable. It was a horrendously bad experience.

Read More Junior, Carl and crew gave me the best possible moving experience. From Junior’s visit to estimate to the last box placed, this experience went above all my expectations. On an 85 degree day, these men hustled. They were consistently good natured—even when i asked them to move things from one spot to another. Not a scratch on anything. They were fast, yet so careful. I can only hope they are available if i ever move again. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for making moving as easy as possible. Thank you!!!!!
