Read More The company has no clue what they are doing. They quoted me $6,000 for the total move from KY to GA. $1,200 moving deposit which I was told that was for the move itself and the rest of my bill can be paid off over time. Then to make matters even worse is I was GUARANTEED that I was getting a job foreman and 5 movers to load everything up in the 18 wheeler trailer. The day comes and we are waiting on the arrival of the team to show up at 8am. They never show up. I call the company at 12pm. They are expected to be here between 9am and noon. Closer to noon more like. So getting close to noon 1pm the first driver calls and says they’re stuck in traffic. It will be 4:15pm. 3:00pm they call again and they are sending out another crew because the first crew had a convenient family emergency and had to cancel their trip. The second truck crew comes and it’s just one guy who doesn’t speak good English. The moving crew is no where to be found and seen. Then the new mover ups the amount of money deposit from $1,200 to $2,000. And the new quote is just about $9,000. All that too say is the company needs to be shut down. Never going to refer anyone to the company ever."

This move was a nightmare! We went with them because they said they were not brokers. Phil Sharp made promises and lies just to get business. They had a company (not them ... Read More This move was a nightmare! We went with them because they said they were not brokers. Phil Sharp made promises and lies just to get business. They had a company (not them) call me to arrange the move. Problem was I have never heard of the company and had no idea I was supposed to deal with them. They show up moving day with the wrong truck so half my stuff didn’t move. When I asked how to get the rest moved I was quoted four thousand dollars for a truck to come for it. I had no idea who to call to see when my stuff would arrive at my new house. A week later, a driver called and says he is on the way. All this happening with me calling United express and them having no idea what was going on. The truck arrives and there is one driver to move in all my stuff. Apparently they put a list out on Craig’s list and hope people show up. No one did. I helped the mover get my stuff in. This all cost me close to ten grand! And I did the work! Please use a company not this one. I never leave reviews but I felt if I can save one family from the nightmare I went through it was worth it.
