Due to a weak signal, he experienced connectivity issues while travelling and was unable to contact me. Fortunately, though, he also sent me a tracking link at the same moment when everything started loading so I could monitor the process myself. The relocation was finished on schedule, and everything arrived in perfect shape. I am very obliged!
