Items were mishandled, and the team showed a lack of professionalism throughout the process. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a stress-free move.

Read More Rudy, Carlos and Ilia were the sweetest and most helpful movers I have ever had the pleasure of conducting business with. Even when we hit a bump in the road and I got emotional they were very patient with me and worked with me to resolve the issue. They were even helpful and sweet enough to help me pack my car and take out the trash which they didn’t have to do.

Gave the impression when we spoke to them that everything was covered, but then moved to talking about square feet reserved. Need to be more clear with customer on phone.

They didn’t mark the boxes of what was in the box, so on delivery you end up with a pile of unmarked boxes. They give no indication of what was inside or where it goes. ... Read More They didn’t mark the boxes of what was in the box, so on delivery you end up with a pile of unmarked boxes. They give no indication of what was inside or where it goes. A disaster!!!!! What should be quick and efficient process became a laborious and a weeks long effort. They said they aren’t required to mark the boxes. REAL moving companies do!!!

Clear that they are used to doing this to people. Charge a huge deposit so you can't back out.
