Read More DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! This is by far the absolute worst and deplorable company to deal with . They do not stick to their word , they increase their pricing at time of pick up and there is zero communication between them and the third party driving companies they hire to move your stuff after they have collected their payment. They also store your stuff in a warehouse for an extended period of time instead of doing the job themselves. They are scoundrels and even the driver said that this is not the first instance (of the same nature) that he has encountered with them. You are better off paying a little more to a more reputable company that has their stuff together because Menards IS NOT IT!!!! Mr Menard you need to stop scamming people and putting the blame on the customers asking them if they are a real person. You sound very unprofessional in your response comments and it shows. You take 0 responsibility and I’ve had almost the same problems as these other customers. I will gladly upload the entire signed contract with your logo on it if you would like.

Read More Worst Moving Experience Ever - Avoid Menards Moving Service Hiring Menards Moving Service added immense stress and financial strain to my out-of-state move from Georgia to Texas. Their sales agent Zac deserves the "Salesperson of the Year" award for telling you what you want to hear just to get the sale. Once you sign the contract, you will never hear from him again. They will defer you to customer service agents who provide no assistance whatsoever. This company is not a moving company; they are a broker, which is not stated clearly in their advertising or sales pitch. They hire a third-party moving company, which you can do yourself. They provide no bridge between you and the mover, referring to the mover as "dispatch." I was told my items would be delivered between 3 to 10 business days. I did not receive my items until after three weeks, with poor communication throughout. Anytime there was a delay, I was not informed until I called to see why my items had not been delivered. Once it was past the delivery date, I was promised three different delivery dates, all of which they failed to meet. Finally, after much frustration and financial straining, my items arrived. I called Menards and asked to speak to a supervisor or owner multiple times. None of my calls were ever returned. I was given an email to request a supervisor in detail about my experience, but this email was never responded to. Additionally, I ended up being charged three times the price quoted by Zac. This company will rip you off, provide financial strain, and add more stress to your move. You’re better off either moving your items yourself or selling your items and purchasing new items at your new location. Trust me, it will cost you less money. After asking if I could be provided a discount due to them not meeting the obligation for the estimated delivery date, I was told by Menard’s that this was not an option. By law, they have 21 days to deliver an item, even though I was quoted 3 to 10 days. When I reached out to "dispatch," a.k.a. the third-party moving company, they understood the stress and financial strain and were willing to give me a hefty discount. They mentioned that Menards never even reached out to them to ask if anything could be taken off the price. What is the point of having a broker if they are not even going to bridge the gap between you and the mover to get you the best option? I do not recommend Menards. The five-star reviews are all fake from employees. If you read the reviews that the owners respond to, you will see the unprofessionalism in their responses. Save yourself the trouble, the stress, and the financial strain. Move your items yourself or find a reputable moving company. Do not believe the false estimates on delivery dates, costs, and experiences.

They arrived exactly on time, were very quick, and took extra care of my belongings. The whole move was effortless on my part, thanks to their hard work. Read More Because I was out of the country for 2 years and had to give up my apartment, I had my stuff stored with Menards Moving & Storage. I can absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs moving services and especially for storage because they were absolutely professional, honest, very helpful and very quick. Their help with getting my things packed and the fragile items crated professionally was a huge relief because it was done very efficiently but also with great care. Because of their climate-controlled storage facility, none of my stored items got damaged over time. Thanks so much for your great and valuable service.

They were fantastic and helped me pack when I wasn't quite ready and they took apart my beds and put them back together in my new place. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and their team.

When someone is desperate and need to move and have no choice because it’s last minute. Luckily for me I wasn’t stupid! We agreed on 300cf and they wanted to charge 850cf! They said a bunch of bullshit excuses but ultimately we didn’t agree. Of course now they don’t want to give us our deposit (since they couldn’t steal from us they’re figuring ways to still do so) and the ultimate low is now they no longer answer our calls. Disgusting service, awful customer service and shitty service! We also have pictures that show 300cf would’ve been enough!!! They try to throw numbers and words some people don’t understand but my husband worked warehouse and knows how all of this work! Nice try Sam, Mario and Eli Johnson!!!!

They unfortunately are poor at communicating and treated me with utmost disrespect when I called as I had called too frequently. They told me “I don’t know why you’re calling back when you already spoke to someone and had that question answered.” I felt gaslight and not supported which is the worst possible way to feel during a big move. While my initial experience with them was great, the actual lead up to the move has been hell. I cannot in good faith recommend this company.
