My dining room table, chairs, and closets received the most care because these were the items I was most worried about.

Read More I used Good Friends to move from Chicago to Florida and I’m very satisfied with their service. The move wasn’t entirely without problems due to the actual movers BUT the way Sean and his brokerage team corrected the situation was greatly appreciated. They were super responsive, advocated on my behalf, and did everything in their power to make it right. They explained the whole process and communicated with me whenever I needed them. My suggestion for anyone preparing to move is: always OVERestimate the amount of belongings you have, and be precise with the size of your items. This will go a long way with getting an accurate inventory estimate. Sean got me an awesome price on this move and I’m very thankful.

Read More Three months ago, I gave this company a 1-star rating without providing a reason. To put it simply, they canceled on me without any notice. Despite being late, they didn't inform me about the cancellation until I contacted them. This is unacceptable behavior for any business.

Okay so these guys especially Allen and Sean are great! Our over all experience was super rocky out the gate on our pick up day but had it not been for these two guys imm ... Our over all experience was super rocky out the gate on our pick up day but had it not been for these two guys immediately answering my text and phone calls during the whole process at a late hour their time on the east coast this whole move would of been way worse! But they not only walked me through and personally called me on their day off and while doing other things they also personally took care of us and made sure we felt we got a win-win and best customer service from them personally! Would highly recommend these guys! Great family feel with no pushing, super cooperative and helpful with pricing! Beyond patient with having to go back and forth on things! These guys really are great! Would use them again anytime! My move was from Oregon to Florida.

They wrapped up and packed my electronics with care, and even took apart and put back together my big furniture pieces. They were speedy and efficient, making the move a total breeze.
