Read More I used All Star Movers a couple months ago and was very happy with the 2 movers who helped me! They went above and beyond to help wrap everything and set everything up the way I wanted in my new apartment. HOWEVER the major issue was not with the movers who helped me, but the company's secret fee they don't tell you about. I thought I was only paying for 2 hours, but you also pay for the movers' commute back to the office. So I needed to pay a total of 3 hours even though the movers only worked for 2. This was never mentioned to me on the phone when I booked my reservation. Because of that, I wouldn't recommend this business since it's pretty unfair to have an additional fee that NO ONE mentioned!
