Read More I had a mixed experience with this company recently in the move of my home and upright piano. When I originally booked this company, I warned them of the size and weight of the piano and offered to send pictures of it in order to help them prepare for the move of the piano. They reassured me they move pianos all the time and that wouldn't be necessary. On the day of the move, the crew did an amazing job quickly moving everything, except for the piano. They spent about an hour trying to get it out of the house but the crew explained they didn't have any of the proper equipment or manpower to move the piano. They told me they couldn't do it that day and they would have to come back another day. When I spoke with the owner, he told me he would only minimally charge me for labor for another day. About a week later, the crew came to move the piano again, with the proper equipment, and did such an amazing job. Thanks Adrian, Leroy, Matt, and Alex! However, I was charged an additional $625 on top of the original price I was charged for the move of the piano/home and I felt very misled. This was a huge mistake by the owner, not the crew's fault whatsoever. The crews that work for this company are professional, kind, and hard working. However, the owner really unapologetically messed up this job and I had to pay a significant amount over the quote for his lack of oversight on this move. I wouldn't use this company again, but hope that the crews get the praise they deserve.

Read More Jeremy and team were amazing. I had requested for packing a couple of rooms and loading into a Pod. I had reserved them for 8 hours but they finished everything by 4 and a half hours, including transportation! I highly recommend them. Great, honest work!

They were on-time, friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous and they really took care to protect the things they were moving. They even got the job done ahead of schedule, so I appreciate the refund! I've used you guys before for a move, and you guys knocked it out of the park last time too. I've had some sketchy experiences with movers before, so I appreciate that you guys are really on top of your game, and I doubt I'll ever use any other movers again. Thanks!

Read More This was the easiest/smoothest move I have ever done! John, David, and Adam were on time and were very nice to work with! They wrapped everything very thoroughly and it all arrived at our new house undamaged. They also made sure that everything was going to its proper location, and even moved a few pieces of furniture around once everything was in the house. I would highly recommend Boulder All Star Movers!

Read More I’m happy I went with BAM. They were easy to communicate with and didn’t spam me with emails and texts. They showed up on time and were very efficient. They packaged my stuff up carefully and were great at disassembling and reassembling. They did make a hole in one of the walls but they sent a handyman over the next day who fixed it perfectly. They are also way more affordable than most other companies I looked at and didn’t have any hidden or unnecessary fees.

I don’t normally leave reviews for moving companies because they always over promise and under deliver. HOWEVER, Ryan, Brooklyn, and Cory were incredible. We used their unload labor services and they were kind, respectful, and welcoming. They were also ultra quick! They didn’t try to run out the clock even though I booked them for an hour longer than they needed. It says a lot about their character and about the values of the company. Would absolutely hire them again.
