I had a mixed experience with this company recently in the move of my home and upright piano. When I originally booked this company, I warned them of the size and weight ... Read More I had a mixed experience with this company recently in the move of my home and upright piano. When I originally booked this company, I warned them of the size and weight of the piano and offered to send pictures of it in order to help them prepare for the move of the piano. They reassured me they move pianos all the time and that wouldn't be necessary. On the day of the move, the crew did an amazing job quickly moving everything, except for the piano. They spent about an hour trying to get it out of the house but the crew explained they didn't have any of the proper equipment or manpower to move the piano. They told me they couldn't do it that day and they would have to come back another day. When I spoke with the owner, he told me he would only minimally charge me for labor for another day. About a week later, the crew came to move the piano again, with the proper equipment, and did such an amazing job. Thanks Adrian, Leroy, Matt, and Alex! However, I was charged an additional $625 on top of the original price I was charged for the move of the piano/home and I felt very misled. This was a huge mistake by the owner, not the crew's fault whatsoever. The crews that work for this company are professional, kind, and hard working. However, the owner really unapologetically messed up this job and I had to pay a significant amount over the quote for his lack of oversight on this move. I wouldn't use this company again, but hope that the crews get the praise they deserve.
