Read More Working with William B Myer was just an honor, the driver Jose Varas worked on our system moving our house from Connecticut to South Carolina The local technicians from William B Myer and also from United down here at South Carolina worked 110%. We highly recommend them to anybody that is moving out of state to use their service, it was just a nice piece of mind to know that we did not have to worry about any of the move. Plus, their wrapping the package department is savage and i had my best time with them as they were so humorous and funny. We had lunch together and it such a swift move.

Never reimbursed us. Half the crew spent a majority of the time sitting smoking. I incurred additional expense for their slow work. Did not keep their word.

Furniture is very badly damaged scratched up everywhere.I was going to use white glove but Amilea kept calling me and telling me how they are a family owned business that really takes care of their customers. So sorry I didn’t use White Glove. Carlos and they men tried their best . Furniture still got damaged broken glass shelf’s. Carlos did replace the glass. Would not ever recommend them very bad experience.

Read More They misplaced 12 items on our move. Now 1 month later they seem to have found some of them and still have not delivered them. They, as is their practice, are falling back on their overflow shipment clause to not pay anything for their inability to do what they were contracted to do. In addition, they destroyed a large number of valuable antiques after we paid for "safe storage" for a couple of years , as we got stuck in the Covid building delays on our new house. Now we are getting the runaround on our claims. So, if you want to get you stuff delivered when your mover is contracted to and you don't want your antiques delivered as a pile of kindling then do not use Suddeth/United.
