Read More The absolute worst moving company I’ve ever dealt with. A man named Thomas was quick to give me a quote and promise me good service but in the day of moving changed the quote added additional charges and was beyond rude and unprofessional. Please don’t get conned by these people. I made a very big mistake using them.

Read More Stay far away from this moving company!!!! The level of unprofessional was unreal. I contacted them to schedule a move and made an appointment. The movers were over 1 hour late, which is understandable to a degree if you are stuck in traffic. I had to call the driver for regular updates as the time got later and later. I finally contacted the moving company to speak to management regarding an adjustment or workable solution for the delay. After the first call, I was told they would reach out to the driver and follow up. I never heard back, and my follow-up calls were never returned. When the drivers finally arrived, I expected to see a moving truck. They arrived in a trailer hitched to the back of their car. This was unbelievable and unacceptable. Both drivers never offered an apology for the delay but were very nonchalant. One of the drivers arrived with his feet on the dashboard and quickly took them down once he saw me approaching. They began to speak in another language and laughed. I advised that I was a little annoyed and was tired from packing all day and waiting for them to arrive, to which they responded, "Well, we want to go home too! At that point, I advised that I would no longer require their services and decided to reserve a U-haul instead. The worst part about the entire ordeal is when they left. I received a phone call from an unknown phone number and decided to answer, thinking it was management finally returning my call. It was the driver who proceeded to yell expletives at me and called me the n-word!! I was horrified and hung up the phone!!! No lies told! I proceeded to block their number and am so glad that I decided to cancel their services. To this day, I've never received a phone call from management or an apology of any kind! Unprofessional is an understatement, and I encourage any and everyone to please stay far away from this company! Worst moving company in the Orlando area!!!! Trust me! Stay away! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Read More I was quoted a price but when they finished I was charged $798 for wrapping which I told the guy that I didn't want. both of them kept going out side only to realize later that they were smoking marajuana .they would not remove my stuff before I paid them cash with all the trumped up charges I called the manager Thomas he was aggressive and rude I expected to pay by the hour but not cleaning fees and other extras. They got me good I am older athey broke some of my stuff and acted as though nothing had happenednd a woman. They are scam artist.
