Read More I had an incredibly disappointing experience. The communication once initial payment was made just dropped I had no idea when they were coming to pick up my stuff. No one ever picks up the phone, and getting a response via text or email is almost impossible. I have multiple texts showing they simply don't reply. The initial quote they provided was completely misleading. Once the move was underway, the charges suddenly changed, and I ended up paying significantly more than originally agreed upon. To make matters worse, they never provided any receipts, making it difficult to track where my money went. Their packing service is unprofessional and careless. They subcontract movers, and even those movers were shocked at how poorly things were packed. My belongings were not handled with care, and several items were damaged in the process. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reliable and professional moving company.
