Read More Super shady, flat out lying employees. They take your money, don't deliver on their contracts and don't care that you lost every one of your belongings. They will tell you that there were miscommunications when they promised you things they can't possibly deliver. They subcontract out to the worst movers. I literally had to file a theft report and hire an attorney and I still don't have any of my stuff.

One of the movers was sexual assaulting my wife(cops were called on him), trying hold her hand, then putting his hands on her face and kissing her on her forehead, just because she pulled her head down. Saying how beautiful she was. I reported it to the company and they did fire him asap and said an Uber was going to come and get him. Found out, he never left, was sitting in the truck the whole time. We offered them water early in the day, but they started drinking the alcohol instead. This all started at 11am, it is now 9:30pm. They won't take our stuff until we pay them $2k more and they won't take it off the trucks. They have us over a barrel right now. Can't wait for them to get to TN.

Don't trust Phil or any of his salesman no matter what they promise. Even the actual moving company told us that we could've hired them directly and saved our $3,500 deposit.

This should be criminal. Quality Assurance took measurements of everything and gave an estimate. We got rid of a large portion of what was on that estimate, and when the ... Read More This should be criminal. Quality Assurance took measurements of everything and gave an estimate. We got rid of a large portion of what was on that estimate, and when the contracted movers arrive they tell us the estimate was off and we will need to pay an extra $2,000 even with that much less in inventory than we were quoted. Then they lied about being able to choose our delivery date. Once the truck was loaded and they were walking out the door, the mover wrote down that they have a MONTH long window to deliver in! 3 little kids with nothing in a new state for up to a month. This is the type of scam that should be broadcasted, so nobody else ever gets put in a position like this as a result of the company’s blatant and direct lies. I don’t know how they sleep at night, but probably better than us since we don’t even have beds now.

Several items of hers were also damaged additional fees. She was not informed of prior to using this moving company or demanded. it was literally a nightmare. I am not even sure how this company is in business.
