They insisted on wanting to shut up the vehicle and head out, even though I had told them our unit had to be vacant. To make sure I had everything that needed to be moved, I had to keep an eye on them.They left four scratches on the floor from the sofa when they were unloading. We should speak with James, the owner, as the movers admitted that they did it. The day of the move and the following day, I gave James a call. He told a blatantly false tale, which he is aware of, saying that we moved the sofa after his movers had finished installing it. Some furniture was also ruined and scraped by the movers. About half of the boxes were misplaced, despite being clearly labeled with their intended location within the house or garage. We now need to carry items from the garage inside. The young boys hauling stuff work this job on the weekends for extra money, which is OK, but make sure your staff members are adequately trained. I'll also report anything to the BBB. James further insisted on paying using the Cash app or Zelle, as mentioned by another reviewer. Wouldn't accept a debit card, which functions similar to cash. I am really dissatisfied with the quality of service provided and the lack of honesty and transparency in handling the damage caused by the movers.

He is rude, and obviously has some managerial issues to work on. He charged me $130 for the hour for one worker, no truck. If you want someone friendly and dependable I would look elsewhere.

Took over 10 hours for a 1 bedroom apt with 3 people. This is not even half the drama. To put it shortly it got so bad even cops got called.

I had everything set up with the maintenance crew as they were supposed to be there in the morning. No call no show and finally at noon. I called in and was told they would be there in 30 minutes, it was another two hours and they lied on the hours that I got charged. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

As they attempted to move our belongings off the lift into our storage unit, the truck sustained damages, and the workbench almost tipped over. My sister and I had to assist in preventing the workbench from breaking. The movers were unfriendly, and they rescheduled the appointment and arrived late. The move was carried out under my brother's name. Overall, we would not recommend or hire their services again. Beware Unprofessional Company!

I found the entire process to be pathetic. First of all, the packing materials that the company provided were of poor quality. The boxes were flimsy and often ripped during packing, vandalizing several items. Additionally, the tape that the company provided did not adhere properly to the boxes, and as a result, several boxes came apart during transit, further damaging my items. The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

Wayne texted back, "If you're moving a one or small two bedrooms, two men will do, but larger two bedroom and up... I responded to the text by confirming the approximate total (well, it was a long chain of messages). They arrived five hours late on the day of the move. They arrived at 2 pm, despite the 8:00 - 9:30 am window they gave me. Instead of two, they brought three men who made me move into my small two-bedroom flat in 4 HOURS. When we got into the flat, they ask if I want them to leave everything in the living room simply or if I prefer to pay them extra to move everything to its proper location. I advise them to leave everything in the living room and get out because I can't take more bullshit.

The movers were late by several hours, and when they finally showed there, they were impolite and unhelpful. The movers were irresponsible when they began loading my possessions onto the truck, throwing boxes and furniture in without checking for damage. When we got to my new place, I discovered several of my belongings were broken beyond repair. Boxes littered every room of my new house since the movers wouldn't unpack them for me.
