Read More Safe to Go moved me in two parts - from an ABS Relocube facility to a storage unit and from the storage unit to an apartment. Both moves went okay, with the first pair of movers being more friendly and communicative than the last movers. The last movers also did not listen to instruction and seemed rushed. In the week of unpacking, however, it became apparent that two items packed in the relocubes never made it to my apartment. They either went missing in the first move or the second. James has been completely unresponsive to my follow up. Find another company.

Read More You losers, pay for my loss‼ My granny was unhappy when they damaged her prized antique dish set while moving her into a new house because your incompetent personnel didn't pack them separately in a bubble and shrink wrap. I gave them many instructions to ensure the safety of my luggage, but they neglected all of them, and many of my utensils were broken. This is the worst moving company I have ever used. Please blacklist those as soon as possible because they are not trustworthy and reliable.

Although they present themselves as a trustworthy moving firm, the truth is the opposite. To steal your money and initially be very nice to you. You will repent for what you did to your clients. Please consider my recommendation that this company wants your money.

Mike and his team damaged my valuable items like perfumes, a dinner set and our dresser because they didn't carefully pack and wrap them. While loading, they were throwing my furniture and appliances into the truck. Senseless! I'll never forget how their entire crew made the relocation disastrous and difficult for my family and me. Do not call them, please‼

They insisted on wanting to shut up the vehicle and head out, even though I had told them our unit had to be vacant. To make sure I had everything that needed to be moved, I had to keep an eye on them.They left four scratches on the floor from the sofa when they were unloading. We should speak with James, the owner, as the movers admitted that they did it. The day of the move and the following day, I gave James a call. He told a blatantly false tale, which he is aware of, saying that we moved the sofa after his movers had finished installing it. Some furniture was also ruined and scraped by the movers. About half of the boxes were misplaced, despite being clearly labeled with their intended location within the house or garage. We now need to carry items from the garage inside. The young boys hauling stuff work this job on the weekends for extra money, which is OK, but make sure your staff members are adequately trained. I'll also report anything to the BBB. James further insisted on paying using the Cash app or Zelle, as mentioned by another reviewer. Wouldn't accept a debit card, which functions similar to cash. I am really dissatisfied with the quality of service provided and the lack of honesty and transparency in handling the damage caused by the movers.

He is rude, and obviously has some managerial issues to work on. He charged me $130 for the hour for one worker, no truck. If you want someone friendly and dependable I would look elsewhere.

Took over 10 hours for a 1 bedroom apt with 3 people. This is not even half the drama. To put it shortly it got so bad even cops got called.

I had everything set up with the maintenance crew as they were supposed to be there in the morning. No call no show and finally at noon. I called in and was told they would be there in 30 minutes, it was another two hours and they lied on the hours that I got charged. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
