I have to give them credit for making the process of moving seem effortless.

Read More Relocation Express LLC hooked me up with top-notch service. Being a single mum, I was super stressed about the upcoming move, but they calmed me down. My stuff was treated very diligently, and the furniture for my kid’s room was set up like a boss. Hire them, guys!

Read More I was immediately met with a very attentive customer service rep - this ended as soon as he got my deposit. As I explain this was my first across state move and I had many questions - I was told all the right answers until the days leading up to the move. My quote that listed my items and the date I needed delivery went out the window along with verbal and email promises. I was charged almost double my original quote - including an extra fee for moving into an apartment building which from the start I made clear I was moving into as it is a part of my address. The only customer service representative I could reach to ask for an explanation used extreme profanity in another language before I could even get a sentence out. I was given no updates as for my items - thank goodness I included my own tracker with my stuff. Overall, absolutely traumatic experience and felt completely degraded as a human.

Despite the difficulty of moving the treadmill, they completed the task faster than anticipated.

Read More Please dont fall for their lies on the phone, they are scammers. This is a broker! Not a moving company. They game me a quote and even though i went through the list of stuff that i had in 3 different phone calls and they said that was the final price and i was not gonna pay any more. When movers showed up they charged me double!!!! And the actual moving company that shows up in your house, they say that whatever relocation express said doesn’t count and from now on the moving is through them, so you either pay the new price or they cancel your move (and you lose the 1k deposit you already paid to relocation express) and you are left with everything on the last day of the month when you are trying to vacate the unit. I try to call them and they keep hanging up on me and give me no explanation. They have it all planned to just lie like pros and steal money from people.
