Read More I ended up having to pay double the original quote. They hold your furniture hostage until they get the final deposit IN CASH. They broke my washer and my Smart TV. They left boxes and trash on my driveway when they left. Pictures of my son were scattered in the street. Driver had alcohol on his breath. And now no one answers the phone when I call. Total SCAM.

Read More MOVE SAFE RELOCATION IS THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER WORKED WITH. LYING, CHEATING, UNRELIABLE. I WON'T BE TALKING TO THEM EVER AGAIN. I hired them to pick up my stuff on Aug. 19, they made excuses & I had to convince them to come on the 20th. They came late & with plenty of excuses. We made an agreement before giving them the money, that I can call the company to track the truck until they drop the boxes, they gave more excuses how they can't track the truck. I convinced them "You have my truck, I have a Right to know where my stuff is." After a 20 minute wait on the ohone, they finally gave in & told me. My stuff was supposed to be delivered on Aug. 24, they dropped my stuff on Sept. 7th. After a torturous TWELVE DAYS of lack of sleep, wanting to throw up, being depressed about where my stuff was, they dropped my stuff & told me, "Pay us first or we won't deliver it." Having worked & cooperatied with many companies & organizations in my life, this was the worst company ever. DO NOT HIRE THESE CLOWNS AT ALL! Pictures are of the dirty moving company they use.

Read More I do not recommend using this company if you have a big move like we had. If I could give a negative star I would. When we called for a quote, we were told if we booked today we get so much off. That's how they rope you in. They quoted us way lower than the actual cost. The moving company that picked up or stuff was Sala Moving and Storage out of New Jersey. They kept moving the pick up date, then they were 6 hours late. They loaded into a penske truck that had another customers stuff in it. We asked if our stuff would be moved out to get to the other clients stuff and he said no. It took 12 days for our stuff to arrive. They called and said they would be there between 6pm and 9pm. They arrived around 5pm and the truck was not the same truck they loaded our stuff into. For the final payment, he gave us a different zelle account than the one we sent money to pay at pick up. Our bank put the payment on hold due to fraud suspicion. They would not give us our stuff until they had payment. Luckily, we were able to block the zelle payment, and then paid in cash. When they opened the truck I saw damaged boxes. There was a small tub broken that had barbies and barbie accessories in it that was broken and toy pieces scattered on the floor of the truck. The fridge was scratched up and dent, looked almost brand new prior. The patio furniture scratched up and damaged. Of course, prior to them packing the truck, you have to sign a contract that states their moving company is not liable for damages. They also tried to give us stuff from the other clients items that was in the truck. After they were finished unpacking, the mover asked for a tip. We told him we were not happy with their services. Everything about this was awful. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. You would be MUCH better off renting a uhaul and moving it yourself. And it probably would be cheaper.

You're just charged entrenched on how long it takes for them to move and they do not squander any time. No nonsense about being charged fee for stuff you didn't tell them about, just a non-nonsense and cause hourly rate. The employees was very eager to please and professional all over the moving process from Show Low, AZ to Nashville, TN . Really recommend!

They came in at much preferable rates over other moving companies - - even with the additional charge for driving further to get to us. Indeed, even at the better price tag, they were exceptionally proficient and proficient. They had boxes and every one of the materials required for large furniture to secure and move everything well. Will enlist again for our best course of action!

Read More I had an appreciable experience with MoveSafe Relocation though out the complete operation from Birmingham, AL to Wilmington, NC. Emailing was immensely quick and efficient, the rates were the best among all of the moving business I got quotes from, without any weird fees and very crystal clear on what was being charged. The movers were very competent, they arrived at my apartment too early than expected, and they were very quick. There were 3 movers and they finished the entire move in 3.5 hours, and all of my plants (I had over 30) made it to their new home securely! Would certainly recommend!

Read More Brief, inconceivably productive, open, and supportive. They were accessible last moment, and saved me in a last moment move. These guys moved us from a second story walkup to a fourth story walkup. They needed to dismantle and reproduce an IKEA bed, a love seat, a television stand, and a peloton bicycle in addition to other things. They worked effectively. They were on time and extremely proficient. They moved things cautiously and as proficiently as could really be expected. They initially gave a two hour gauge however the work turned out to be four. They obviously conveyed cost changes as the gig continued and costs were cutthroat with different movers nearby. Would suggest MoveSafe Relocation and his guys for your move.

Read More They used Eversafe as a name to profit of their reviews but that is not their company, hence them now being forced to change their name (move safe). They are crooks and that situatuon says it all. I was promised BS and after booking they did not care and havent since. I was given different amounts due at delivery 6 times over 2 weeks weeks after picking up my stuff, even after confirming multiple times day of was still given a different amount and ended up paying well over a thousands dollars more. My stuff was delivered and every large piece of furniture is significantly damaged. I paid to have my stuff delivered unusable. I had boxes delivered completely smashed open. Communication is horrible. Delivery was days later than planned with no communication. The list goes on and on. I was genuinely scared to open my boxes and see how much more of my belongings are destroyed. In additon I was forced to pay a $600 shuttle fee when no shuttle was needed and that was confirmed prior and then changed last min. Since there are semis on my st weekly as u will see in attached photo. Tried escalating many times and after 9 months was told sorry for ya, you have to contact the driver who is out of the country and doesn't speak English. No compensation for damaged items. Nobody cares. Use any othe companies. This place IS HORRIBLE. ID RECOMMEND CONTACTING ACTUAL Eversafe

The movers arrived at on time, with their own named truck, and the suitable materials in general. They put down cushions to forestall scratching the floor, and put everything where it expected to go at the objective. Generally speaking, it was SIMPLE MOVE. Strongly suggested.
