Read More Honestly, this place required that I go through a Video Screen to show them my apartment in detail, in order to give me a "competitive flat rate quote". After this nonsense, this quote not only took a week to deliver but also was more than 50% higher (over $1k) than other movers in the area. What a joke.

Read More Worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. They overcharged for the move. All of my furniture has damage on it. Many of my items were stolen. The movers were inexperienced and unproffessional. Even though Northstar was paid to unpack and reassemble furniture, they simply dumped boxes in the rooms. I had to hire another moving company to help with unpacking and assembling furniture.
