When they pick up your things they do not answer the phone or get back to you. THEY LIE MY THINGS WERE PICKED UP 4 weeks ago. And still no update on when I’ll be getting it

I game thwm a list of what had to be moved with exact measurements. They said 6099.00 well the movers came and no we loaded all furniture and a few boxes had to pay an ad ... Read More I game thwm a list of what had to be moved with exact measurements. They said 6099.00 well the movers came and no we loaded all furniture and a few boxes had to pay an additional 900 pluss for just boxes. Mind you we went over the list several times. I still have an 8th if my stuff sitting in my house that was on thw list that never got on the truck because i could not afford an extra 3 grand. I gave lincoln exact measurements box size and count and still so much sitting in my house to be moved. Cherry on top called to ask and they said at first we will cover the difference and then said no because the girl told me wrong and she lied to her boss and said she didnt say that. The mover even spoke to them and they said that. So now I am out an extra grand an 8th of my stuff still in thw house and I have to rent a U haul to cover what didn't go. Shame on them smh never again. Do not use them. So shaken and upset and anxiety through the roof.
