Read More The company has great promises but poor delivery. Although they write negatively about companies that give you a quote and pass off your business, that is exactly what they did, turned our move over to another van line. Their agent also failed to read our updated inventory and so they sent a truck that was too small. I realized it right away but they would not return my calls or emails. They then tried to hold us hostage by saying it would cost an additional $5,000 to have a truck come pick up the remainder of our items. We chose to rent a truck and move the rest for a fraction of that cost. The delivery driver was awful - all he wanted to do was dump the items and run:. He did not even give me time to count the boxes to be sure everything was there. (I now know why - some were missing,). Items were damaged that should not have been if handled properly at all. Finally, their claims process is a joke. They say it is a third person party, but nit is not. And they deny any claim on an item with weight so they won’t have to pay anything. Would only recommend them if you don’t care about your items and want terrible service.

Read More This company contracted out another moving company for our items, unbeknownst to us. We had an initial estimated cost, but the move ended up costing over 1000$ over estimate. Insurance options were not given. Our bed frame was never delivered and multiple items were damaged in the move. Despite multiple calls to Rick, we were not given appropriate updates on the shipment which took weeks more than we were told it would take.
