Read More I have used Gouffon Moving 2 times in the past 3 years and both times they were wonderful! Both times the movers were VERY courteous, professional, helpful, and efficient. They took their time to make sure our belongings were taken care of but was also efficient in the amount of time they took. Both moves involved dropping off and picking up at multiple locations and we didn't have any problems at any time. The last move took place sooner than expected and they were able to get us worked in. Gouffon Moving took a lot of stress off of an often stressful time.

Their team of movers were professional, curious, fast and handled everything with care. I would recommend them to anyone who has to move in the East Tennessee area.

Read More We recently moved with Gouffon movers and couldn't have been more pleased after they intervened last minute on our behalf to salvage a "move gone wrong" situation with another company... Blake with Gouffon was extremely professional and empathetic. He worked us into their schedule last minute and ensured that the movers arrived promptly. They even sent out a backup truck and workers in case we had more items to move then initially indicated. The young men worked well as a team and were efficient in how they loaded items. They did not dilly dally at the time of unload either, but were accommodating in putting items where directed. We will absolutely use Gouffon again in the future and recommend them without reservation!!(This certainly cannot be said for America First/Hello Moving out of Lake City FL, which is actually a moving brokerage company. They attempted to lowball their initial quote and then proceeded to hold us hostage for the full amount "due" when we asked to cancel their services because they adjusted the initial estimate from $2,000 to over $5,000 - NEVER use America First / Hello Moving! they are a complete sham, are rude, condescending, & skilled extortion con artists! They wanted to hold our 50%down deposit as a credit toward a future move because they "can't" cancel services and customers owe them whether the move happens or not!) Go Gouffon!!

Read More I bought a sectional on Facebook Marketplace and needed to get it from Maryville to Knoxville. Every time I called, an extremely friendly person answered the phone immediately and could handle everything I needed. They worked to accommodate my schedule in every way. When the day came, they were exactly where they said they would be, when they said they would be there. The move went beautifully without a single hiccup. They are truly professional movers.
