Read More Are you serious?? You actually tried to scam me out of my hard earned money?? I reserved what I thought was going to be a moving date. I was told that they only take 10% of the moving price, but something bothered me about this company...ALL NIGHT!! If you're nit a believer in God, you're a fool!! I know it was God who kept aggravating my spirit to keep checking my credit card, and when I did, these crooks had taken the full amount of what they said my ESTIMATE would be! Mind you, they haven't moved not ONE piece of furniture yet!!! I was also led by the Spirit to check out their reviews, which should have been done beforehand, and there were more BAD reviews, than there were good!!! Not only that, tell me why my booking number has mysteriously disappeared??? When I first booked with these crooks, I had a booking number; just went back 10 minutes ago, and the booking number AND email of me booking with them has disappeared!!! These are scam artists, and should be arrested fir their illegal practices!!! But my credit card company is on it, and hopefully, they will bring charges against these crooks!!! DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION WITH BELL HOP MOVING!!! If you don't believe me, go read the reviews of how ppl say their belongings were damaged and their little insurance plan means nothing, because you can't even get anything for the damages, because they give you the runaround, trying to keep your money!!! Bellhop, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves!!! I will be reporting you to the better business bureau!!!!

We arrived in town earlier than expected and Romeo was willing to bump up our move time, which was greatly appreciated. Both Romeo and Preston were very friendly, professional, and efficient. Would definitely use both of them again. Highly recommend using Bellhop for your next move!

Read More I have had a move scheduled with this company for around 2 to 3 weeks now. The move was supposed to be tomorrow and I got a text message today saying that it was rescheduled for a day that we no longer had the moving van. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. I am now driving halfway across the country with a baby and no help unloading my truck. Luckily, I found another company that is able to step in and unload me last minute. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Not only were they extremely quick and efficient, they were exceptionally personable people. They're people who you'd invite over to hang out with. Anytime I move from here on out, as long as they're still in the business, I'm asking for them specifically. I highly recommend them. HIGHLY.

Read More Hired Bellhop to pack a Pack-Rat container. Sloppy, not thought out packing, cost us to have to move alot of heavy items ourselves. Upon unpacking, our dryer door was severely scratched, washing machine top scratched and dented, shattered massage chair remote. Been trying for a week to contact Customer Service. Definitely will never use again or recommend.

Read More Bellhop is a complete sham of a company. They promote themselves as a professional moving company and they inundate you with emails, texts, and calls offering pre planning lists, concierge service, etc. But when the actual move takes place, it’s a joke. In my case they sent a 21-year old college senior as the crew lead, and an 18-year old athlete as a helper. The third guy was a no show. The truck showed up 90 minutes late. The 18-year old’s girlfriend was offered up to help, and while she did, it was marginal at best and I assumed it was a genuine offer to help. A six hour contract took 9-1/2 hours, and multiple pieces of our very expensive furniture were damaged. A move that was contracted for $1,044 was over $1,450. I’ve spoken today with Tony, a very competent young customer support agent, who offered me a 15% discount. I passed. After the debacle of my move, I’m told they’re not liable, they’re not a moving company but a communication portal, and essentially I’m being stiff armed. I’ve disputed the extra charge with my credit card, and I’ve reported Bellhop to the Better Business Bureau. For the significant surface damage to my furniture I reluctantly accepted $303. BTW, I tipped the kids $125 because I’m a caring, decent human being. I didn’t see the damages until the following morning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unless it’s a small local move with inexpensive furniture, you will be severely disappointed.

I felt like a valued customer. I will be using Bellhops services again in the future.
