Read More While the movers were kind and polite, they were not trained properly. They broke so many items due to incompetence. A solid wood cabinet smashed, our linen bed frame not wrapped and just put on the truck, stained beyond repair. The reimbursement policy is only 60 cents/pound, so we received almost nothing for items that will take thousands to replace. Beware or buy additional moving insurance!

I was wary as I’d had a horrible moving experience just 6 months before but not this time. I’d recommend Bellhop to everyone who needs something moved.

Booked Bellhops for an out of state move. Truck didn’t show up on the morning of our move due to mechanical issues, and they were unable to provide another truck until ... Read More Booked Bellhops for an out of state move. Truck didn’t show up on the morning of our move due to mechanical issues, and they were unable to provide another truck until 24 hours later. We had to stay in a hotel, delay our entire move, and spend hundreds of extra dollars to make the move happen. Now I cannot get anyone to return my calls or email inquiries.

Very stressful experience. Had 2 movers lined up to move out of my office on a Thursday at 8:00 am. Only 1 showed and he was on hold with his office for 2 hours to finall ... Read More Very stressful experience. Had 2 movers lined up to move out of my office on a Thursday at 8:00 am. Only 1 showed and he was on hold with his office for 2 hours to finally discover he couldn’t get help. I was told to reschedule and so I did for the next morning and was told it would cost $120 more for a Friday move. Customer service did say they would dispute the increase but I have heard nothing yet. I requested a call from a supervisor and still haven’t received it. I requested an additional discount which I feel is only right. Interested to see how they handle this. I used Bellhop because they are based in my hometown and I actually paid extra to support local businesses. It was a mistake.

Can't say I want to move again anytime soon, but if I do, Bellhop gets my call. Thanks, guys.

We were pleased with their efforts. John K & Dwayne M. did a great job and we will definitely use Bellhop for future moves.
