His attention to detail and compassion for taking care of our belongings, made me feel very comfortable and reassured. I’ve had very bad experiences in the past with drivers, and Nicholas was just amazing. So friendly, relatable and professional. Read More The move was accomplished by a 3rd party and I could go through a litany of issues and problems with both the 3rd party and American. But due to a couple of the 3rd party delivery guys there were some small successes. However, I'll never forget the poor communication and how badly one mover loading our stuff made our family feel. If you're searching for a moving company you can do better than American Van Lines.
