My experience with US Moving Group was terrible. I received awful customer service from Steven Owens who was very rude and unprofessional. He hung up on me when I asked specific questions about their price matching policy. I called back and was transferred to Joe Taylor who seemed more professional at first, as he happily answered my questions about price matching estimates from competitors. I put down a deposit that he ensured me would be refundable up until the day of the move. Later I found a better price with a competitor and followed up with Joe for price matching who never responded to my emails or calls. I requested to cancel the move so I could go forward with the other company and was told by customer service my deposit was non-refundable. They acknowledged that Joe may have misinformed me but it didn’t matter because the policy states that I could only be refunded my deposit if I cancelled no later than 5 days before my move. However, I put the deposit down 2 days before my move based on what Joe told me. This is a slick company that will misinform you and ghost you after the deposit is paid. Stay away if you want an honest professional moving service. Would rate the 0 stars if possible.

They charged me $934 for deposit and refused to cancel my charges when i cancelled within 2 hours later from talking to them. Apparantly my emergency move was within their five day time frame that they had written on their authorization...even though it says on the paper "CANCELLATION REQUESTS RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SIGNING THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT WITH US MOVING GROUP WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, LESS 15% FOR ADMINISTRATIVE FEES."
