Im 65 years old and after I paid a 25% deposit, Unlimited Moving raised my cubic footage estimate by 20% (&required a 2nd deposit of 35% more) on the day before my schedu ... Read More Im 65 years old and after I paid a 25% deposit, Unlimited Moving raised my cubic footage estimate by 20% (&required a 2nd deposit of 35% more) on the day before my scheduled move. The change was to fix so called errors on their 1st quote. The next day the movers came and said the actual cubic footage I needed was 55% above the revised estimate even though I removed a box springs and two other items off the prior days list. l then asked to cancel and get my deposit back but they refused.. I asked if they could only move a few items (to compensate me for the deposit) and they again said no. The deposits you give them do not guarantee the price. They just keep raising their estimates once they have your down payment. This company is predatory, dishonest and has no regard for its customers. Buyer beware.

They also covered themselves with a plastic sheet because it was raining.

The WORST company ever. Please do not book this company. They lie about everything. They quote you one price and then when they get there and start packing your stuff the ... Read More The WORST company ever. Please do not book this company. They lie about everything. They quote you one price and then when they get there and start packing your stuff they come up with additional fees. They told me that I only told them it was a 5 piece sectional but didn't say it was a large 5 piece sectional. Also I told them I had a queen size bed but I didn't say it had bed rails. lol!! They charged me extra for both. They are a joke. Also they picked my furniture up on February 13th and I just got it today almost a full month later. They said it doesn't matter when they pick it up, they go by the date you tell them you want it delivered and it's 15 business days from that date not the date they pick your furniture up. A class action lawsuit needs to happen. The guys from Regios that deliver my furniture today was awesome. I give them a 5 star rating. Unlimited Moving doesn't deserve a 1 star.
