Read More I recently used UPack for a relo cube to get things from a storage unit in FL to my home in CA. Every single step was flawless. Great customer service from making the reservation, to the guy that delivered the cube, to the pickup location. I had an unfortunate attempt at reserving for less money with a different business but UPack should definitely show them how things should be done. In the end, it was worth the cost due to the reliability. I couldn't be happier with my experience and I would absolutely recommend and use again if needed.

Read More Called to get the quote which went great, but then was totally disappointed of what was promised over the phone vs. what the e-mailed documents included. Called UPack back and received a much different story that the e-mailed quote did not include the total storage charge because they couldn’t include it beyond one month of storage. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time dealing with a very intentionally dishonest company!

Read More I moved my mom across country from NC to NV. I was completely satisfied with U-Pack. Everything arrived/departed on time. They were flexible with some date changes on my end. No surprise/hidden charges. Even arrived at destination ahead of schedule which was great for me. Easy to get live person on the phone- great communication overall. Definitely recommend and would use again!

Read More So I want to start off by saying I read every single review in here before deciding to go with U-Pack. It was so cheap compared to Pods, and easier to manage compared to Uhaul's shipping containers, but I was very nervous. I personally had a great experience. I got one of the containers, not part of a trailer, and was having it shipped from Florida to Iowa. They dropped it off to my mom, and she had it packed up and ready to go. I scheduled pickup for Monday on Friday morning- they ended up coming Tuesday (but not a huge deal considering no one needs to be there for pickup). It overall went super well! The customer service was very nice and the truck drivers communicated with me whenever they were headed my way.

Read More Recently used UPack and ordered a 30’ freight trailer. Definitely the way to go if have a long distance or big move coming up. Trailer was great! Huge! UPack dropped it off on time and driver was so efficient. All staff from beginning to end were a pleasure to work with. I also had to make numerous date changes along the way and they always accommodated. Moving a client to Martha’s Vineyard is no easy feat! There are ferry’s to navigate, rules, regulations etc. With UPack it was a breeze. Their 3rd part affiliates in MA handled all the details in getting trailer on site in the vineyard! I arrange moves for many clients and handle every detail from beginning to end. I wish I would have utilized UPack a long time ago! They are now my absolute number 1 go to for any upcoming moves. I’d give them 100 stars if I could. Great company to work with! These freight trailers are way better than a POD or a moving truck. The price was great also. Freight trailers for me from now on!

Read More Long distance moves are exhausting and hard and expensive. Upack (using abf freight) was very easy to work with, very accommodating. They delivered when they said, drivers were friendly and helpful. No extra charges tacked on. Our only issue was we had a full truck, so we had to wait another day after our trailer was delivered for the ramp to be delivered to our new home to be able to unload. Other than that, everything was great. It's important to pack the trailer well, and tight. We only had one casualty of a broken vase, but it was our fault for how it was packed. Would Def use again. Hope I never have to!! Lol. Moving sucks!

Read More Moved from Florida to Texas. U-Pack drivers were so much more accommodative on where/when container were dropped off / picked up than the other companies I’ve used. Container arrived very quickly. Containers are smaller, but 2 is still more affordable than the other large container companies.
