Read More I was skeptical of using their services at first, given their low rate. However, I decided to give them a chance given that they were the most responsive compared to other service providers. Jade made herself readily available to answer any concerns and followed up even after the delivery of the car to ensure everything was okay. On the other hand, the driver they picked was super nice as he understood my concerns and was responsive to my messages when I requested an update. He delivered the car right where I told him as I was not yet in the city. The only thing, do make sure to pay them cash as it is stated in their contract. I would definitely do business with Jade again in the future if needed.

He checked in and kept me informed at each step and handled all communication with the driver. He even made sure I could use my preferred method of payment which really saved the day.
