They were really helpful because the people handling the collection and delivery were extremely communicative and kind. Extra points for going out of your way to get a large table through a narrow doorway! Highly recommended

I cannot give even one star to this company. I strongly advise against working with them. They initially estimated my move over the phone at $1588 for 300 cubic feet and ... Read More I cannot give even one star to this company. I strongly advise against working with them. They initially estimated my move over the phone at $1588 for 300 cubic feet and required a $500 non-refundable deposit, which was not disclosed upfront on 1/26/2024. Four days before my move on 3/5/2024, they claimed my belongings needed more space (424 cubic feet) and increased the total cost to $2479.04, demanding an additional $300 deposit. When I tried to cancel, they refused to refund my initial deposit, forcing me to pay another $300. On moving day (3/8/2024), I was surprised to see another company, G & M Moving and Storage Corp, loading my items without prior notification from Royal Palm Moving, my contracted company. G & M packed my items separately into more boxes, costing me extra without consulting me. I had no choice but to pay whatever they asked. Cancelling would have meant losing my $800 deposit and finding a new mover last minute, impossible. They also failed to deliver on time and ignored my concerns about the excessive charges. Why didn't they send an estimator beforehand? Why subcontract without informing me? Royal Palm Moving's manager brushed off my complaints and directed me to G & M, showing a lack of accountability. Both companies charged me $5000, far exceeding the initial quote of $1588. I urge the BBB to address this dissatisfaction with Royal Palm Executive Interstate Movers and G & M Moving and Storage Corp.

Read More Trust me, do not use this company! They are scammers, read the BBB reviews that they have NEVER responded to. My husband and I were researching moving companies as we are moving out of state. The scam this company pulls is, they quote you a low amount ($1900) then require a down payment, then tell you, you will receive a call the day before your move to go over everything. Well my husband called two weeks before just for clarification. We were then quoted $5400!!! Plus our deposit is not refundable!!! They prey on people in time crunches offer a deal that is hard to resist and then when you have no time to do anything else, surprise the cost is now three times what they initially told you. Beware, trust me!

Probably one of the best moving experiences I’ve had thus far and being formal military, I have moved many times in my life. Read More What an incredible Royal Palm Executive Interstate Movers! It seemed impossible, yet they managed to relocate my piano without damaging it in any way. They wrapped my piano in a special blanket and stored it securely. I was quite pleased with the help I received from them.
