Read More Awful experience. I booked a shipment two weeks in advance and gave them a period of 6 days to pick the car up. They canceled my shipment the day before and didn’t tell me. I only found out after googling the transport company’s info after waiting all day and calling them directly. When I finally got ahold of roadrunner they gave me some clearly made up excuse and said they would get back to me and then stopped answering all together. If I could rate this -5 stars I would.

Company was reaching out to me about a vehicle I no longer owned. When I informed them that the new owner had a fraudulant charge by them for $270 they hung up on me. ...
