Read More I thought I had found a great company, however it was a lie from the beginning. There was a lot of information that was not the truth or changed. . We had to unload our own truck since only one man showed up to deliver. I filed a claim for lost bolts for tables and damaged furniture. However now the company they used to handle claims- no longer deals with Pan Tran Vanlines. Of course now it’s past their deadline. So they make you wait to hear from claims and then they never call, then when you follow up they don’t deal with the company anymore. Once you send your first deposit, everyone who was helpful does not exist anymore. Customer service does not call back and when you get someone on the phone they act as if you are bothering them. I thought getting a “moving company” would ease stress with moving cross country but this company made it so much worse. Horrible…. Save your money! Stephanie

Steve and Jason, the dynamic duo of packers carefully wrapped my antique armoire and modern glass coffee table with layers of protective material, securing them with precision. Each box was labeled with a unique barcode, allowing for effortless tracking. They meticulously cataloged every item, providing me with a copy of the inventory list. Special attention was given to my cherished grand piano and the collection of Renaissance paintings, which were treated with the utmost care and respect.

Read More I booked Pan Transit Vanlines LLC for my daughter’s move to IL and it was very simple and convenient to do online. Rick was very nice and friendly on the phone when I called to confirm. They packed up her stuff very well and securely, using quality boxes and materials. They moved her bed, laptop, toaster oven, and other items with no damage or delay, and they charged us a very reasonable and affordable price. The movers made my daughter’s move easy and hassle-free.

We had a couple very hefty objects, and they handled them with surprising deftness, sustaining just minor dings and scratches in the process. Moving over 500 pounds of furniture from one basement to another was no easy task. Yet everything went off without a hitch. That's why I'd hire them again.

When they are trying to get your money they will say anything to get your business, Now I was aware of the 3 day cancellation policy but Mr. ** was very friendly and charming over the phone, my move was planned for May 2024, and I wanted to save as much as I could by booking early and this was my first mistake, this man called me quite a bit and I felt comfortable enough with him. After talking to him so much he shared what I thought was some personal things in his life and so did I. Another reason why I thought I could trust this company, but I was wrong, I had to put my move on hold and notified Mr. R ** the end of Feb 2024 and he told me he would talk to the billing department and call me back and so far after a few calls and even an email I haven't heard from this man and the customer service is no help. These people don't care about the consumer. All they care about is money, Be aware of this company my move is on hold but I don't trust him at this point but they have $600. of my money and I can't reach anyone I ask for at this company.

He was skillful in packing all my delicate and rough items in padded boxes, shrink wraps, bubble wraps and padded boxes. Everyone, you should look into this company!
