Moving daughter from Sarasota , Fl to Hornell NY. Paid upfront fee of 600$ then was told delivery would be August 12 or 13th and would pay $1100 when truck came to get items. So far so good. Truck comes on August 6th and took items and was told again August 12th or 13th. I Drive to New York with dsughter taking off the whole week from work to help move as truck is suppose to arrive on 12th or 13th. Wife takes time off work flies up and lo and behold to this day no furniture!!! Make over 30 phone calls and just get run around from customer service!!! Do not use!!! Daughter starting grad school with no clothes, school supplies, furniture etc!!!

Every item was treated with care, from my expensive TV to my accessories. They helped me set up my bedroom and living room just how I wanted. We had the worst experience with your moving company today and I can assure you what I will do the best I can to spread my review over the internet to warn other clients of dealing with your company. You blatantly lied about the rate which ended up costing us much more at pickup today. You also lied about the moving truck and sent a crappy moving company JVA Transportation with a small truck instead of the main truck that was supposed to be going back to FL from Norfolk. We attempted to repeatedly reach Jerrid Shelton over his cell phone but he obviously knew why we were calling and evaded to answer the calls. We will escalate this to the business bureau as well unless you rectify the situation.
