Did not say anything about you have more than we anticipated and then said they were only taking what was on a list they solely came up with without any input from us or the person moving. Very sad for the moving party.

We have pictures of the original move. Someone was supposed to send a claim form, but none to date.

Read More I wouldn’t recommend this company to move my dead dog out of the street! They are highly unprofessional. It took over a month for my parents items to arrive in Michigan their customer service is very very horrible and I paid for the service in full upfront so you would think that they would have had a little more urgency with this matter. I was given the runaround multiple times before I even got a resolution I’ve never heard of such good company taking so long to bring items to another state They didn’t even try to resolve the issue by offering some sort of refund or resolution. All I got was attitudes and people that didn’t want to help me with this situation. I went and got the items I would. My experience with this company doesn’t match the reviews. I am highly disappointed in their services and my parents weren’t too happy. I don’t like how they do business & I would never refer anyone to them In life or an after life!
