Read More This is a real review. I hired Magical last weekend on Thumbtack and all of their reviews said very professional service and incredible customer service. I thought it was an exageration but it was not! I have NEVER had better communication, follow up, and genuine interest in my satisfaction from any other business. I have a small business and I learned a lot from their customer service. I found their fees reasonable and I didn't even get another quote (which is not like me). Highly recommend.
