Read More Heart Moving staff are the best. The management also and the logistic team are one of the kindest people I dealt with. My experience was smooth, fast, and very satisfying. The movers took great care of my stuff, and never complained about anything. They also would help you with anything and suggest solutions if you ask. Ana, the representative who arranged my moving, was incredible. They kept checking on my move before, during, and after to make sure that everything was going smoothly. Highly recommended, I am pretty sure that I will come back to them later if I move and def will recommend them to any of my friends moving in NY!

The actual move was smooth sailing from start to finish. I had three moving men, Jose was the main guy and two other men very efficient and neat movers. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them and will use them in future Thank you for a job well done.

Read More I contacted Heart Moving, for my daughter's move, from East Harlem to Extra Space Storage, in Brooklyn (she's taking some time to evaluate what she'll be doing, since her sister/roommate moved to London). Heart Moving did an exceptional job, arriving at the agreed upon time, wrapping and boxing all necessary larger items. They took great care in the actual move and even helped organize the items into the storage space. Not only was their service exceptional, but the price was lower than any of the others I contacted (there were many!). I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In fact, they'll be my first call.

Read More We had the best experience hiring Heart moving - we worked with Chris who was very friendly, consistently quick to respond to questions, and followed up every step of the way. Mike and his team showed up on time, got along with our cats, and worked VERY efficiently. Even though our apartment was not as move-ready as we would have wanted, they helped consolidate our things and move us in less time than any of us expected. The original quote was very reasonably priced, there was NO DAMAGE along the way, and they supplied tape, blankets and wardrobe boxes. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!
