Booked an interstate move two days before my scheduled move but called 11/2 hours later to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances but they became very hostile claiming they have already dispatched a truck. I had not completed address verification like they said I would have to but they had dispatched a truck for a move happening two days away! They are still holding on to my $825..03 till date without providing any service to me claiming I signed a contract. Beware!!! 08/08/2023 (edit) Not sure how to reply to your comment below on my original post ok course you didn’t move anything for me!because Like I stated before,I called you guys to cancel the booking one and a half hour after but you refused to refund me my $825.03 that I paid you! Till date!You are a scam! Period!

Used a lot of attention and effort to relocate things and set them down just where they were supposed to go. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and I plan to utilize them again.

Read More She was a police officer and I was, too. So, that helped a bit. And I knew exactly when the movers were coming. The move was efficient. The movers made sure everything was wrapped up. So, it was very good. They left at six that night. And they spent the night in town. They were there at the house I rented until I found the house at 8 o'clock the next morning. They were a very friendly crew. They took their time. They visited with me. And I knew exactly what they were doing every time they took one of my precious pieces of furniture. I saw one big scratch mark on one of my end tables. I didn't see it when they were there. But no mirrors and TVs were broken. I had antiques and everything was in shape. Using Great American was expensive. I could have found somebody that was less expensive. But would have they taken the same care that these guys did?
