Read More I needed a local basement to basement move. From the first call when I spoke to John, to saying goodbye to Ivan, Miguel and Saul it couldn’t have been a better experience!! John was very kind, he knew my situation and did his best to keep the cost down. The crew was spectacular!! They were all friendly, funny and an absolute pleasure to be around!! They were fast, careful and accommodating. I needed a bit of a Tetris stack in the basement I needed the stuff moved into. Ivan was awesome filling every nook and cranny to make sure it all fit!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than I had!! Thank you so much Ivan, Miguel and Saul!! I would definitely use Collins Family Movers again!! I highly recommend them and would give 100 stars if I could!!

Not only are they quick, but they answered all my questions and professionally addressed all my concerns with the moving process. From the time I called to schedule the move, to when they drove off after getting me set in my new place, I felt extremely secure and well taken care of. Read More My wife and I moved to the western suburbs two weeks ago and utilized Collins Family Movers by referral. We moved from a 1 bedroom, bathroom apartment to a suburban home. The team of three led by Miguel were very efficient, thorough in securing our delicate items, and helpful all around. They arrived in timely fashion and transferred our items with ease into our new storage unit. They offered us soda and water twice, which was very nice of them given they were doing most of the workload! This was an overall positive and good price to value experience.
