The movers didn't follow instructions. Scratched the hardwood floors. Missed tons of things they were supposed to load. One of the screens was also cracked. If the mover ... Read More The movers didn't follow instructions. Scratched the hardwood floors. Missed tons of things they were supposed to load. One of the screens was also cracked. If the mover didn't cost close to $1000 for a small apartment, I probably wouldn't have given such a low score but this is the quality of work I would expect if I got my random friends to move my apartment.

Why waste someone's time?? Just don't answer the phone to waste people's time with a gazillion questions to then hang up.
